Q: What are the monthly fees?
A: Because your data resides on your own servers inside your own bank there are no monthly connection charges, no monthly data storage charges, or any other monthly fees.


Q: What about third party software?
A: AutoSig and AutoDoc use the Microsoft SQL database. Most banks have already approved this database for use by the bank, and most banks already have a copy of MS SQL already licensed and running on their servers. ASI products will run on any version of the MS SQL database on any of the "Server" operating systems available from Microsoft such as Microsoft Windows Server 2008 ©. ASI tests our software on all new versions of Microsoft operating systems and server systems before they are released to the public so you can be assured your systems will continue to work correctly. Q: Are there Seat License fees?
A: Because ASI is a longstanding inventor and innovator in image software we invented our own image technology. ASI does not have to pay license fees to third party providers to use their image technology and therefore we do not charge seat licenses for scan stations or any other workstation in the bank. We want our customers to use our products where needed in the bank, or on ANY version of the "Microsoft" and "Microsoft Server" operating systems, without regard to additional fees that must be cost justified.
